Every person ships a slice end-to-end. The fastest way to learn the platform is to own a piece of it that customers depend on.
Multi-tenant is the moat.
Real per-client isolation, enforced at the database, is the thing competitors cannot retrofit. Every decision is graded against it.
Ship the unglamorous infra.
Cron orchestration, retention policies, audit logs, sub-processor lists — the stuff that wins procurement reviews. We do not skip it.
AI agents are co-workers, not features.
Agents file tasks, update deals, and draft emails through the same access layer your team uses. Same accountability. Same audit log.
Where we work.
Remote-first across LATAM, MENA, and the EU — most of the team has overlapping morning hours between UTC-5 and UTC+4. We meet in person two or three times a year for a working week — usually Lisbon, sometimes Dubai. Travel and lodging covered. Async-by-default the rest of the year, with video on request.
